We are thrilled to have invited Mr Benjamin Chow, Head of Analytics for Asia, Real Capital Analytics, to deliver an insightful talk and interact with our students on 24 Nov 2021.

During the talk, Benjamin had shared with the students about the intersection of commercial real estate, the data that drives the real estate markets, and the challenges inhibit the advance of more complex analytical tools.

The students had also gained valuable information about the recent capital market trend and how the Covid-19 has changed the landscape of commercial real estate investment.
